Building excitement: Promise of state-of-the-art stadium a boon for UMHB, football program
The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor football team, which has played home games at Belton’s Tiger Field since its inaugural 1998 season, plans to move into an on-campus, $ 20 million stadium in 2013. The stadium, designed by famed Populous architect Earl Santee, will connect to a new student union building.
